What Size are Flat back Earrings?
Our Flat backs are 18 Gauge or 1mm (the width of the post that goes through the piercing) which is pretty standard. Many piercers use a 20G needle so do check with your piercer what gauge earring is most suitable for your piercing.
Do Flat back Earrings Fall Out?
Scream Pretty Flat Back earrings have a small screw thread that securely fastens into the back of the earring, which means unlike some other styles of flatbacks without a screw in thread, they will not fall out.

The part which goes through the ear is a tiny bit too short for mt left ear, which can cause a little bit of irritation as it fits a bit too tight. But I think that ear lobe is a bit more "thiccc" than normal 😉

I really do love this bracelet, its delicate looking but also quite sturdy. My only complaint is that too much glue was used on one of the gems so you cant see it as the pocket is full of glue.
