How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of order receipt. During busy times dispatch may take 2-3 working days.

How much is shipping? Is it Free?

We offer a free standard AusPost tracked parcel service for all Australian and NZ orders above $100AUD.

Below $100AUD we charge a flat rate of $8.50.

For Express Australian & NZ orders we charge a flat of $15.

Do you offer an Express or Courier Service?

We do offer an AusPost Express service. Please note, since Covid, AusPost Express does not guarantee a next day delivery.

Sorry, we do not offer a courier service.

We are based in Bondi, NSW. Our partner AusPost Office is Bondi Road LPO.

Late and lost deliveries

If your delivery has been delayed (7 days for Auspost and 21 days for International Airmail since dispatch) please contact us and we will assist with tracking the package. We cannot refund or replace lost items until 15 working days after the date of dispatch (25 days for international items) as this is when AusPost considers items as being lost.
For international items sent by Airmail the package is handled by more than one postal service. We cannot guarantee delivery times as this is the responsibility of the destination postal service. Delays are possible due to customs clearance; this can take up to 2 weeks. We always recommend you use a secure delivery address.

What is Your Return Policy?

Changed your mind? No problem. We have a 28 day return policy. The return window begins on the day the order is delivered.

Sorry, we don't allow the return of earrings as they are intimate items. We would only provide a refund for earrings should there be a manufacturing fault.

Items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of must be returned through the company that it was purchased from.

All returns must be unworn and have no signs of wear or damage. Return in original boxed packaging.

My item was faulty or incorrect

For faulty goods we will either replace the item or offer a full refund once we have received back the faulty item. Refunds will be processed within 3 working days of receipt of your return. You have 1 year to report a fault.

The replacements will be sent immediately on receipt of your return.

In both instances, we will email you a returns label. Just fix the postage label onto the envelope, and drop into your nearest AusPost box.
